We have been receiving an increased amount of emails and comments of Facebook users who have difficulties logging into the popular social networking website. Our initial guide, called Facebook Login, has helped many Facebook users, but some still had difficulties despite the guidance.
We have created a PowerPoint presentation and a PDF document to better aid Facebook users log into the website. Both documents have the same contents and contain all the necessary information to fix Facebook login problems.

About the contents:
The help document begins with troubleshooting information if the Facebook homepage is not loading properly. We received reports from users who were experiencing blank pages, error messages or maintenance related messages.
The guide supports the four most popular web browsers Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome.
Some Facebook users encounter problems during log in instead. We explain in the document how to deal with password and username problems.
The documents contain links to Facebook pages that explain how to reset the password or email address.
The last part of the help file lists additional security tips, like adding a secondary email address, verifying the account by mobile phone or configuring the security question properly.
